Abstract

Economic development offers everyone the possibility to continue his or her education. In the field of sport, sports teacher is the backbone of developing social sports. Nowadays, PE teachers' in-service training has gained great attention of the national education section and has been listed as one of the important points in the national physical education. The article analyzes the problems in PE teachers' in-service training deeply and raises some relevant countermeasures. Through in-service training, PE teachers can have new ideas and new knowledge, master new technology and improve their ability to carry out the quality education. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
