Abstract

The chiral phase structure of the Gross-Neveu model on a 2-D lattice using the Borici-Creutz fermion action is studied here. We study the Gross-Neveu model analytically and numerically using a hybrid monte carlo (HMC) simulation with the Borici-Creutz fermions. Both the analytic and lattice results shows chiral symmetry breaking.
