A computer rheological simulator has been developed in two versions, designed to study the design of the device and the rules for working with the keyboard, as well as to acquire the skills and abilities necessary to ensure the effective operation of the device. The experience of developing a rheological simulator is valuable for creating similar interactive tools for teaching users when mastering new information and measuring systems in the practice of scientific and industrial laboratories for the technochemical control of food products and semi-finished products.
