Abstract

The teacher of the higher school needs to create a training environment now. It assumes not only knowledge of a subject, but an opportunity to build up the personal relationship with students. It is possible under a condition when in educational process participants feel satisfaction, but not a stress. But professional burning out also is also characteristic of teachers. It leads to a negative side of activity. It is possible to prevent development of burning out, if constantly to hold the training seminars on development of the emotional sphere and development of positive motivation of professional and pedagogical activity with teachers.
