Abstract

Mohammed Hashim Kamali, an Islamic scholar and specialist in Islamic law and jurisprudence, possesses higher degrees in Comparative Law from University of London, and taught at McGill University (Canada) and International Islamic University, Malaysia for most of his academic career.
