Abstract

In this paper we present a mathematical model that illustrates the impact of supply chain activities on the environmental quality of manufactured products while maximizing the profits of the company under a set of constraints such as those related to the environmental legislation. We present the application of the model to a textile example and we focus on the sensitivity analysis. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
