Abstract

SummaryTo facilitate the usage of various finite element or continuum models for the simulation of flexible members in various multibody system codes, a set of standard input data (SID) is defined. The SID are adapted to the modal representation; therefore corresponding body integrals can be pre-calculated in specific pre-processors and stored in the SID file before the time simulation. The SID structure is organized using an object oriented class description.
