Abstract

Resource limitation on management scripts has been an important requirement for distributed management environments. This article proposes a Script MIB extension with new objects able to control the usage of specific resources (physical memory, processing cycles, among others) for each script launched inside the distributed environment. © Springer-Verlag 2004.
