Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisisperencanaan dalam proses manajemen sekolah dan melihat faktor pendukung danpenghambat perencanaan dalam proses manajemen sekolah pada kegiatan siswa,tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, anggaran, sarana dan prasarana sertapartispasi masyarakat yang dilakukan di SMP YIMI Full Day School Gresik.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskripif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan dalam proses manajemen sekolahsudah berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku dan berbagai inovasiperencanaan dikembangkan sehingga meningkatkan siklus manajemen sekolahberjalan secara efektif dan efisien yang berdampak bagi meningkatnya motivasielemen sekolah dan mutu sekolah.Kata kunci: Perencanaan, Proses Manajemen, SekolahAbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe and analyze planning in the schoolmanagement process and see the supporting factors and obstacles in planning theschool management process in the activities of students, educators and educationstaff, budgets, facilities and infrastructure as well as community participation carriedout at SMP YIMI Full Day Gresik School. This study uses a qualitative approach tothe type of descriptive research. The results showed that planning in the schoolmanagement process had gone in accordance with applicable regulations andvarious planning innovations were developed so as to increase the cycle of schoolmanagement effectively and efficiently which had an impact on increasing themotivation of school elements and school quality.Keywords: Planning, Management Process, School
