Abstract

Objective. The purpose of this article is to identify the results of theoretical and experimental work that can be used to create new ways to control the student’s psychophysical state in the educational process, as well as to develop methods for determining and evaluating the body’s capabilities in mental stress in the vocational education system. Relevance. The topic of the article is relevant, as we are constantly faced with changes in the level of performance. The overall performance of the student depends on the functioning of the physiological, psychological and emotional components of this system. Methodology. To achieve this goal, theoretical research methods were used, namely, the study and analysis of psychological, educational, scientific and methodological literature. Applied research, which is considered in a scientific article, is devoted to the diagnosis of energy-informational processes during mental stress. These processes occur in the body of the student and affect the quality of its performance. The attitude of students to professional activity under mental stress in modern society is changing dramatically, as confidence in the stability of their social and material situation is lost, and this leads to anxiety, depression, and dependence on psychoactive substances. To ensure occupational health, it is necessary to carry out early prevention of burnout syndrome and assist students who are already at different stages of burnout. The same problem was considered by such foreign scientists as Domer P., Heathon, J. B., Ortiz, M. A., Kurvers, S. R., Bluyssen, P. M., et al. [12–14]. Results. According to the results of studies, the student’s working capacity levels were determined and assessed before and after mental workload in the vocational education system, in order to work out the mechanism of health management. Conclusion. The research methodology considered in this article allows not only to diagnose the functional state of the main components of the learner’s body’s functional system, but also to more accurately determine and evaluate the change in the student’s overall health level of the presented load.
