Abstract

The exceptionally quick change in innovation and development in the field of portable devices puts major test for engineers to find out the best features which users want in their devices and strategically plan accordingly to serve best to their users. Mobile technology is the only technology which owns 87% of the world’s total population of portable device users. Mobile technology also reduces the dependency of peoples on fixed physical places and allowed them to do business from a far place. However, this decision becomes complicated in case of multiple mobile companies vendors and multiple conflicting criteria. Therefore, for the selection of mobile companies, AHP method is used as an approach which is a multi-criteria decision-making method. This paper aims to find out the best mobile company and find out the one which serves the best applications.
