Abstract

The article describes the principles of creating a unified system of modules interacting with each other in the implementation of projects for the conversion of industrial facilities. The main criteria of forming a complex organizational system, which includes a large number of functional subsystems and modules related to investment, design, production and information components of the structure of the project, are described. For decades, the principles of urban planning of various cities and megacities in the Soviet Union and later in Russia were formed on the same basic principles. Clearly distinguished contours of residential buildings, industrial areas, as well as forest areas and urban infrastructure. Over time, the urban environment absorbed new territories, developing not only geographically, but also forming new modern social requirements. So were formed new principles of design of space-planning solutions of residential premises of apartment buildings, requirements for the formation of “green” urban areas, otherwise began to form the structure of educational institutions. In addition, the approach to the preservation and development of urban Geoecology has changed significantly. Basically, this factor served as the basis for the formation of municipal programs of renovation of industrial areas that have an impact on the environment of the city. By creating qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the individual elements of the system under consideration, it is possible to formulate the basic requirements for the source data necessary to create a structured model of organizational design and project management. At the same time, the system should function reliably in the interaction of all integrated structures of the project under the influence of the external environment. Basically, this factor served as the basis for the formation of municipal programs of renovation of industrial areas that have an impact on the environment of the city. The principles and nature of urban clusters are described in detail, their separate types and types, as well as the relationship and the main criteria for their functioning are highlighted.
