Abstract

Hydrocarboniphaga effusa strain AP103T (ATCC BAA-332T) is a member of the Gammaproteobacteria utilizing n-alkanes as the sole source of carbon and energy. Here we report the draft genome sequence of AP103T, which consists of 5,193,926 bpwith a G+Ccontent of 65.18%. © 2012, American Society for Microbiology.
