Abstract

In maintenance works, preventing human errors is attached importance. They have taken various countermeasures to meet this important problem since 1960’s, for example education and training of personnel, revising manuals, improving tools and equipment, etc. For an efficient improvement, it is necessary to find out error-likely tasks and give them priority to be improved over the others.
