Abstract

Intercellular protein movement is an important mechanism in plant development. Here we present an integrated protocol that utilizes an inducible system to block plasmodesmata-dependent movement and assessment of fl uorescent recovery after photobleaching (FRAP) to identify compounds that infl uence intercellular protein movement.
