Abstract

This work presents a bibliometric analysis of the influential authors, institutions, papers and countries on the field of Enterprise Resource Planning implementations and their Critical Success Factors based on the Web of Science database with 301 articles belonging to 86 Universities and Institutions from 48 different countries. The research has been conducted from 1999 to end of 2017.
