On macro-control mechanism of the environmental capacity production factor market

Abstract

Believing in that the traditional economics underestimated the importance of environment as a production factor, the paper demanded to view environmental capacity as a basic production factor. Based on such a belief, the macro-control function of environmental capacity production factor market was discussed as well as the control policy goals, methods and operation mode of this macro-control function. The macro-control policy of the environmental capacity production factor, being a normal policy, can act on the society with finances, money and other macro-policies to buck for sustainable development. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
