Software and Hardware in the Formation of the Personal Account of the Academic Staff

Abstract

This paper presents the main aspects of the basic principles of developing an electronic personal account of a scientific and pedagogical person of a higher educational institution. Since each of these aspects can be a separate topic for further research, we should point out some problems and outline some possible solutions. The relevance of the paper is due to the necessity of effective realization of the existing potential of the academic staff of the University in conditions of increasing requirements to the quality and effectiveness of core activities due to the intensive use of the information technology.
