The work discusses results of development of basic components of the intelligent software environment of the AT-TECHNOLOGY workbench intended for automation and rendering intelligent the processes of building integrated expert systems (IES) based on a problem-oriented methodology. The emphasis is on aspects of the implementation of the intelligent planner in the context of the problem of intelligent planning of prototyping processes of IES and the proposed method for its solution.
