To connect work place with worker perception of work a special availability humanization expert model was developed (AH-model). The basics for the model development were the expert knowledge from the area of the occupational health work and the organizational psychology, human factors and ergonomics. The AH-model has been developed to support estimations of workloads, overloadness, fatigue and burn out at the working places with dominant psychical loads. With implementations of the AH-model, evaluations of implemented humanization measures are possible. The heart of the model is selfperception of actual availability. For this purpose the tool for self-estimation of actual availability has been developed. The tool and its application in the model has been validated in different working environments in Slovenia on the numerous of 3000 workers. The model development has started 14 years ago. It has been improved with the new knowledge and experiences from the implementation. The model is formalized with the graph theory and the database is constructed with implementation of ORM technology. The AH-model, together with the QAA tool for actual availability estimation, is the complex method for use in estimations of humanization measures implementation.
