Abstract

Mr. Anderson is a 46-year-old gentleman who presents to your pain clinic for an initial evaluation. He has had chronic low back pain for the past 10 years but is now complaining of new, electric, or ‘shooting pains’ down his leg. He tells you that he underwent several epidural steroid injections years ago.
