Abstract

With the rapid development of higher education in China, the number of school affairs departments has increased, and management issues have followed one after another. The content of financial budget management has become increasingly complex and increasingly difficult. In this development background, if scientific financial budget management methods are not adopted, the entire budget management will be in a very chaotic state, which will seriously affect the normal operation of funds, let alone optimize the resource allocation of universities. It is not difficult to imagine that the traditional extensive budget management method can not keep up with the times. Without the introduction of the first-pass management model, it will not be conducive to the improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of financial accounting in colleges and universities. The purpose of this paper is to study the fine management of college financial budget based on cloud computing technology. This paper uses cloud computing as the method, and based on the relevant realistic background and theory, a specific university in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province is the specific research object, from the establishment of refined management concepts, the establishment of scientific budget management goals, and information environment elements As a basic method to realize the refinement of financial budget, on this basis, an optimization path of refined management is proposed to improve the efficiency of college financial work. The research results show that, compared with the traditional management mode, the refined management of college financial budget proposed in this paper can reduce a lot of time cost, manpower investment, and can effectively manage college financial budget.
