Abstract

A patient of lepromatous leprosy, who received a high dose of clofazimine as part of multi drug therapy, for chronic erythema nodosum leprosum (ENL) had frequent haemoptysis. the haemoptysis was later found to be due to expectoration of clofazimine. This interesting, and perhaps first case of such an occurrence is reported.
