KEKERASAN DALAM NOVEL BUMI MANUSIA KARYA PRAMOEDYA ANANTA TOER

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the picture of feminist ideology in the novel Bumi Manusia. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method that uses words as data source. Sources of research data is derived from the text of the novel Bumi Manusia written by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Instrument research is the researcher himself because the researcher as data collector and also as data analyzer. Based on the results it is found that Bumi Manusia is a novel that contains the ideology of colonial feminism with the aim of reconstructing the position of women in society.
