Stunting is a chronic malnutrition condition during pregnancy to the first 1000 days of life. Stunting results disruption of health development, increased infection rates and long-term problems in the future. The growth and development profile of 25 stunting children on kualitatif design with a posyandu community survey in Kesongo Tuntang. Profile of community development show that number of SD-SMP is equal to SMA/D3/S1. Most of the income 1-2 million/month. The healthy maternal before and during pregnancy, routine of Antenatal Care. Mothers giving birth <35 years, normal delivery by midwives, birth weight >2500 grams. Completely immunization and exclusive breastfeeding. Walking and speech development >1 year. Regularly visits to Posyandu and having a playing community. Having siblings and intensive interactions with parents, but tends to be lazy to eat. Some children have hospitalization history, and comorbidities, namely atresia ani with colostomy, developmental delay, tuberculosis and asthma.
