Abstract

The globalization of Information Technology puts nations at risk. Information Technology is an important driver of transformation that is undoubtedly shaping the dynamics and nature of the emerging Global Age. This fundamental transformation is creating chaos and confusion across NGIOA. This chapter addresses the Information Technology industry and its associated risks.
