This study aims to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning at homeschooling Kak Seto Solo. The method used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Phenomenology seeks to understand the meaning of events and their relation to people in certain situations. The phenomenological approach used in this study aims to understand the phenomenon of planning, implementing and evaluating the development of students' interests and talents at Kak Seto's Homeschooling Solo. The conclusions of this research are at the planning stage holding a working meeting (raker) together with leaders and tutors, compiling learning competency standards, compiling basic competencies, making syllabus, making a correct Learning Implementation Plan for tutors, making semester programs, making annual program designs and compose learning references. The implementation of learning at Kak Seto's homeschool is divided into two classes, namely community classes and distance learning classes. Community classes consist of 1-10 students with 1 tutor, while distance classes are independent face-to-face classes between students and teachers, either online or offline. Evaluation of learning uses written tests, oral and practical tests recorded in report cards and graphs.
