Abstract

This project analyzes the relationship between motivations to engage in the entrepreneurial process and business decisions made regarding the business strategy, focuses on production versus focus on market and marketing function. We also take into consideration the potential for differences in strategic decisions due to influences from the entrepreneurs’ previous industry experience and due to gender differences.
