Abstract

ABSTRAKTekanan darah memilik peranan penting dalam penentuan stratifikasi risiko dan informasi prognosis yang efektif, dimana tekanan darah yang rendah dikaitkan dengan angka kejadian mortalitas yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tekanan darah sistolik pada kejadian mortalitas pasien STEMI di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jenis sampel aksidental. Dilakukan pada pasien STEMI di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin dan melibatkan 17 pasien. Penelitian dilakukan dari tanggal 4 Nopember sampai 6 Desember. Dari total responden sebanyak 17 orang, 15 responden (88,2%) terkategori survive dengan tekanan darah sistolik rata-rata 116.67 mmHg, 2 responden (11,8%) terkategori mortal dengan tekanan darah sistolik rata-rata 80 mmHg. Pasien STEMI dengantekanan darah sistolik 80 mmHg memiliki angka kejadian mortalitas lebih tinggi dibandingkan pasien dengan tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 80 mmHg.Kata-kata kunci: kejadian mortalitas, STEMI, tekanan darah sistolik.ABSTRACTBlood pressure having an important role in determining risk stratification and prognostic information that is effective, in which low blood pressure is associated with a high incidence of mortality. The objective in this study is describing systolic number of blood pressure and in Hospital Mortality of STEMI patients in RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. This study used univariate analysis. The method used was a descriptive study with cross sectional sample types accidental. Performed in STEMI patients in hospitals Ulin Banjarmasin and involves 17 patients researchconducted from November 4th to December 6th 2015. Of the total respondents were 17 people, 15 of respondents (88,2%) categorized survive with systolic blood pressure an average of 116.67 mmHg, 2 respondents (11,8%) categorized mortal with systolic blood pressure an average of 80 mmHg. STEMI Patients with systolic blood pressure of 80 mmHg had a higher incidence of mortality than patients with systolic blood pressure greater than 80 mmHg.Keywords: incidence of mortality, STEMI, systolic blood pressure.
