Abstract

Improving the efficiency of the medical supply chain is the key of medical system reform in China. By analyzing Chinese medical supply chain evolution process in China's reform and opening-up, based on the third logistics, this paper builds an integrated supply chain model consisting of the raw materials logistics and the drugs logistics, and the overall coordination model above it. Then the drugs supply coordination strategy and raw materials supply coordination strategy have been established successively to lower medicine distribution logistics cost and drugs production logistics cost. On the basis of this, in order to further reduce the total costs of the medical supply chain, the overall coordination strategy in the integrated supply chain is built. Finally, by multi-agent technology, an illustrative example is given to verify the coordination strategy and method.
