A 32-year-old woman at 25 weeks of pregnancy with gestational diabetes and no other past medical history presented to an outside hospital. She reported back pain, fever, and decreased fetal movement for one day. She denied any history of urinary tract, yeast, or sexually transmitted infections. The gestational diabetes was managed with only dietary modification.
