Abstract

Recently, the health concept is changing from simply being healthy to a proactive perspective of balancing physical and psychological factors. Consequently, interest in health-oriented wellness is increasing. Wellness, which can improve quality of life through continuous recording and management, is also continuously advancing. However, at present, classification and implementation of major wellness information in daily life has not yet been achieved. Therefore, in this study, a personalized smart wellness information management system is designed.
