In this article we refer to the long troubled relationship between society and university. As it stands currently its mission has evolved into a business approach with the influence of neoliberalism, globalization and technology as well as reports by international organism. In this context, governments are more concerned with the ranking rather than their state of development. We will present ecosystem models to international companies, universities and working groups that provide indicators of interest to manage the process of exchange. Then we present a training model that we are developing, EcosistemaP, a preview of the results that are currently being obtained. Finally, we suggest ways to improve.
