Sustainable development and environmental law

Abstract

The threat of biodiversity and nature as the basis of life, and quality of life endangerment, contributed by the United Nations, proclaiming the principles of sustainable development. It is based on the strategy of environmental policy and environmental law as a strategy to protect the natural environment. As environmental law, environmental law is based not only on the traditional understanding of law, but also to ecocentric and holistic approach derived from the concept of sustainable development.
