SIP is an idle land that has not been managed by the community because the land is not fertile. The basic problem at PT. SIP is a non-trivial process of garden planning (mapping / surveying). Second, the land construction process of PT. SIP can be said to be a form of manipulation carried out by the plantation management of PT. SBI collaborates with village officials. Where the research findings show that the community sells land for the benefit of road access and profits from selling the land. Third, looking at the problems above, if you look at the socio-economic sustainability aspects of the local community as well as the community's welfare, it can be concluded that the development of the oil palm plantation of PT. SIP in OKU Selatan District will not produce results, it will cost a lot if it is continued.
