Abstract

A method is described in which the volume, surface area, and diameter of spherical cells can be quickly and easily determined from linear calibration curves using a flow cytometer which measures electronic volume and is equipped with a log amplifier. Copyright © 1982 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
