Abstract
To my observation, in over 10 years and more than a thousand workshops using hands-on construction toys like LEGO, 3-D brick-based methods are unmatched for their ability to allow people to build rich, complex and systematic views of their professional challenges, and are as yet an unbottomed means of sounding new depths of creativity, innovation and strategic foresight.
