PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR KESEHATAN DI BEI PERIODE 2019-2021

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perngaruh dari variabel struktur modal, profitabilitas, likuiditas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor kesehatan yang terdaftar dibursa efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2021. Struktur modal yang diproyeksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio, profitabilitas diproyeksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio, likuiditas di proyeksikan dengan Current Ratio, dan leverage diproyeksikan dengan Debt to Asset Ratio. Jenis penelitiam ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder dari laporan keuangan tahunan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019 sampai 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan sektor kesehatan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sebanyak 21, dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, perusahaan yang sesuai kriteria sebanyak 18. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu secara parsial variabel dependen berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara simulthan atau bersama sama variabel indenpen mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan sektor kesehatan periode 2019-2021. ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, profitability, liquidity and leverage variables on the value of health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The capital structure is projected using the Debt to Equity Ratio, profitability is projected using the Debt to Equity Ratio, liquidity is projected using the Current Ratio, and leverage is projected using the Debt to Asset Ratio. This type of research is quantitative research, the data used are secondary data from the annual financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019 to 2021. The population in this study are all 21 health sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and taking sample using purposive sampling technique, companies that meet the criteria as many as 18. The results of this study are partially the dependent variable has an effect on firm value. Simultaneously or together, independent variables affect the value of the health sector company for the 2019-2021 period.
