Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Berbagi Informasi, Dan Kolaborasi Yang Terintegrasi Terhadap Kinerja Rantai Pasok Pada Industri Kayu

Abstract

The purpose of this papers is to determine how much the trust, information sharing, and integrated collaboration into supply chain performance at PD Lembah Alam, Malingping, Lebak – Banten. There are four variables used in this papers, the first is trust as a variable (X1), information sharing as a variable (X2) an integrated collaboration as variable (X3) and supply chain performance as a variable (Y). The sampling technique used in this papers is Non Probability Sampling with a saturated sample type, this sampling technique was chosen because the population is less than 100. Putting PD Lembah Alam as the subject, samples are members of the supply chain’s company members 37 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is SmartPLS 3. The results of this study state that: (1) Trust has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance. (2) Information sharing has a positive and insignificant effect on supply chain performance. (3) integrated collaboration has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance
