Abstract

I am honored to be one of three recipients for the Academy of Marketing Science Outstanding Teacher Award. The verbs I use to describe my pedagogical philosophy are probably similar to what many use: engage, personalize, challenge, and care. Below, I offer a few thoughts about the challenges we all face in our increasingly crazy profession.
