Abstract

In the tide of knowledge economy, the supply chain is facing the diversified customs' preference and the uncertain market demand. Core companies should encourage the staff of knowledge innovation and apply scientific means to forecast external conditions reasonably for response market test rapidly. Through the analysis of the problems existing in the flexible management, they would make corresponding measures to solve those problems to improve enterprise performance. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
