Abstract

This note is about the neutralism first proposed by Dr. Motoo Kimura. It consists of two sections. The first section describes how one person became a neutralist. The second section is a preliminary report on the historical research of neutralism based on questionnaire sent to members of the Genetics Society of Japan. © 1994, The Genetics Society of Japan.
