Abstract

In this chapter, we discuss some examples from our family therapy clinical work, training, and supervision experiences in Kosova. The first two authors are family therapy trained child psychiatrists living and working in Prishtina; the third author is a U.S. based family therapist who has traveled and worked with the two lead authors in Prishtina, training psychiatrists and psychologists, since 2010. In each of our countries, we provide family therapy services, family therapy supervision, and family therapy consultation. When working together, however, we have provided training and consultation/supervision to family therapy trainees and client families in Kosova. In this chapter, that is our focus.
