Abstract

With the intensify of global resource, energy and environmental issues, and the competition of digital earth strategy, the community's demand for professionals in remote sensing is growing, as well as students in relevant field need to master certain theoretical knowledge and basic skills of remote sensing. In this paper, combining the characteristics of environmental engineering specialty, teaching methods of environmental remote sensing are discussed from the three aspects which are the teaching content, teaching means and practice teaching. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH Berlin Heidelberg.
