Abstract

Vocational education is entrusted with an important mission to cultivate highly skilled workers for industry, construction, service and management. It plays a big part in expediting the socialist modernization drive that cannot be replaced. "National education reform and development of long-term planning programs (2010-2020)" maintain that vocational education must be face all and the whole society. To put forth effort cultivate nurse's professional ethic, professional skills, employ ability and initiative capacity. By 2020, it must set up a modern vocational education system to adjust to change in the main source of economic development, embodies lifelong education concept, coordinate the development of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education, content the need of people's acceptance with vocational education, and content the need of highly competent people and personnel of skillful type in economic society. So it is imperative to improve the quality of vocational education and cultivate amount of skilled professionals that face countryside. © 2012 Springer-Verlag London Limited.
