The old Regnault ptosis classification is simple and quick but regards only the nipple position to the inframammary fold. It cannot be used for proper surgical planning since it does not relate to the breast volume. Botti’s classification is more accurate and includes the breast’s lower pole position relative to the inframammary fold which is not satisfactory for surgical planning goal. The author has a new breast ptosis classification including breast volume that represents the most complete one because all clinical forms of breast ptosis and related volumes are included, and the author presents the suggested surgical plan to correct it: It is recommended because it is accurate and practical, especially for beginners in breast aesthetic surgery and useful for patients’ follow-up evaluation. It is a useful tool for the surgeon’s scientific work also, since the computer program results can be listed and attached to the patient files.
