Abstract

In this work, we have tried to bring out the concentrations of air pollutants over India during September to December 2015. Black carbon (BC) and organic carbon (OC) concentrations can impact the atmosphere on long-term. The transportation of these aerosols can change the weather of particular areas. Studying these two parameters can help us to take some measures in advance. The air pollution over Indian cities has been increasing at high rate which leads to adverse effects in future. This is mainly due to the increase in population and growth in economic activity. The present study is carried on Indian region. The study mainly concentrates daily variation over entire Indian region. We have studied parameters like sulphur dioxide (SO2), particulate matter (PM2.5), BC and OC.
