Abstract

School management is an issue related to how to manage a process in the field of education. The purpose of this study is to define school governance to improve the quality of education. The type of this thesis research is qualitative research in library research. This research was conducted by examining various data and references. The data collection technique used was the literature study technique. The results of the research that the author did note that the problem related to school management to improve the quality of education in several schools is the lack of educational infrastructure. In addition, the supervision of the principal and the quality of teachers is important in improving the quality of school quality. It is hoped that this research will provide schools with information regarding school management in improving the quality of education, planning school programs, implementing programs and the obstacles they face in an effective, effective, and efficient manner so that the quality of education in these schools can be improved.
