Abstract

Rail transit infrastructure construction is the major power to improve the economic development, and the transit is the focal point of the infrastructure construction, which is an important way to solve the public traffic problem in big cities. Under deeping the reform of Investment and financing background, from economic attributes and characteristics of the rail Transit investment and financing, we analyze the factors of rail transit investment and financing system. Now, rail transit has a very special opportunity to expand it's scale. Investment and financing have much characteristics as more participates, complex structure, much risk factor, cte. Therefore, it seems particularly important to strengthen the risk management of the project financing. Based on future earnings, transport economics, financing costs minimized and the internalization of external benefits of innovation, this paper uses hierarchy analysis method that measures investment and financing risk of railway transit and identifies the key factors in its influence. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
