This purpose in this research is to develop a mobile-based learning media applications that can provide benefits and good educational value to increase children's knowledge. Applications are built based on Android and made attractive so that children are interested in learning while playing. The method used in developing this learning application is based on the stages of developing the waterfall system, which consists of sets of analysis, design, implementation and testing. The design is object-based using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The result of this research is a learning media prototype for learning to recognize numbers and counting, where the results of testing the application functionality, the application can run according to the design results.
